Photos from Search and Rescue (SAR) training and incident response, representing White Mountain National Forest (WMNF), Mount Washington Avalanche Center (MWAC), Harvard Mountaineering Club (HMC), or Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC). These images highlight collaborative training and SAR response efforts conducted alongside Mount Washington Volunteer Ski Patrol (MWVSP), AMC caretakers, HMC caretakers, Mountain Rescue Service (MRS), Androscoggin Valley Search and Rescue (AVSAR), Pemigewasset Valley Search and Rescue (PVSAR), New Hampshire Fish and Game, local EMS, and other partners. Most incidents were not photographed due to factors such as urgency, weather conditions, limited visibility, low light conditions, or patient confidentiality. Avalanche beacon trainings were not documented due to the time-sensitive nature of the exercises.
